These Terms and Conditions govern the adoption of a puppy from Loyal Forge. By adopting a puppy from us, the Buyer agrees to adhere to the following terms regarding the health, care, and adoption process.

1. Health and Wellness Guarantee

We prioritize the health and well-being of our puppies. We ensure that all puppies are in excellent health at the time of adoption and are up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming treatments, and other necessary care.

We provide the following health and wellness guarantees to give you peace of mind:

a. Veterinary Examination

• The Buyer is required to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a thorough checkup within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy.

• If the veterinarian identifies any underlying illness or serious congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full adoption fee, including any transportation costs, upon the puppy’s return.

• This guarantee is void if the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the specified time frame.

b. Genetic Health Guarantee

• The Breeder offers a one-year guarantee against life-threatening genetic conditions.

• If the puppy is diagnosed with a genetic condition by two (2) licensed veterinarians within one year of adoption, the Breeder will either:

  • Replace the puppy with another of equal value, or

  • Refund the full adoption fee, including any transportation costs, upon the puppy’s return.

c. Communicable Diseases

• If the puppy is diagnosed with a communicable disease within fourteen (14) days after the Buyer receives the puppy, the Breeder will:

  • Refund the full adoption fee, including any transportation costs, upon the puppy’s return.

• The Buyer must provide proof of the diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

• The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, including adequate nutrition, exercise, socialization, and veterinary care throughout the puppy’s life.

• The Buyer must notify the Breeder if they are unable to care for the puppy at any point after adoption. If the Buyer decides to return the puppy, they must do so within 14 days of adoption, and the puppy must be in the same health condition as when it was received.

• The Buyer agrees not to sell, rehome, or transfer ownership of the puppy without prior written consent from the Breeder.

3. Adoption Fees and Payment

• The Buyer agrees to pay the agreed-upon adoption fee at the time of adoption.

• Adoption fees are non-refundable unless specified under the terms of the health and wellness guarantee.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• The Buyer may return the puppy under the circumstances outlined in the health and wellness guarantee. Upon return, the Breeder will arrange for the refund of the adoption fee and any transportation costs, provided that the puppy is returned in the same condition as when it was received, and the necessary documentation is provided.

5. Transportation and Shipping

• If shipping or transportation is required for the puppy, the Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

• The Breeder ensures that the puppy will be shipped via safe, reliable carriers and will be in good health at the time of shipping.

• The Breeder will provide all necessary documentation and health records for the puppy prior to shipping.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Breeder is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur after the puppy has been delivered to the Buyer.

• The Breeder is not responsible for any future medical expenses related to the puppy’s care or any potential behavioral issues unless otherwise specified under the health and wellness guarantee.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the Breeder is located.

8. Agreement
