At Loyal Forge, we are deeply committed to the health and well-being of every puppy we place into your loving home. Our puppies are guaranteed to be in excellent health and free from any infections at the time they are delivered to you. From the moment they are born, our puppies receive the highest standard of care, ensuring they are healthy, happy, and ready to become cherished members of your family.
We believe that our relationship with you doesn’t end once your puppy comes home. As experienced breeders and dedicated puppy counselors, we stand behind the health of every puppy we raise. While we take every measure to ensure your puppy is healthy, we also understand that a puppy’s long-term health depends on factors such as genetics, nutrition, exercise, and overall care.
That’s why we offer a comprehensive health guarantee to give you peace of mind and support throughout your puppy’s life.
We are confident in the health and quality of our puppies, but we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure your confidence in adopting from Loyal Forge, we provide the following health guarantee:
If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within one year of adoption, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost to you.
This guarantee requires a certified veterinarian’s report detailing the diagnosis and its impact on the puppy’s quality of life.
If your puppy is diagnosed with a communicable disease within 14 days of adoption, we will refund the full adoption fee, including any transportation costs, upon the puppy’s return.
A certified veterinarian’s report confirming the diagnosis is required.
To activate the health guarantee, the Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a thorough examination within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy.
Failure to do so will void the health guarantee.
The health guarantee applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.
The guarantee is void if the puppy is not provided with proper care, including nutrition, exercise, and routine veterinary visits.
The guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, or improper care.
At Loyal Forge, our commitment to you and your puppy doesn’t end at adoption. We are here to support you throughout your puppy’s life, offering guidance and advice to ensure your Staffordshire bull terrier remains happy, healthy, and thriving in their new home.
If you ever have questions or concerns about your puppy’s health, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re always here to help!
If you need to make a claim under our health guarantee, please contact us immediately. We will require the following documentation:
A certified veterinarian’s report detailing the diagnosis or cause of death.
Proof of the initial veterinary examination within seven (7) days of adoption.
Any additional documentation requested by us to verify the claim.
Once we receive and verify the required documentation, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy or refund as outlined in our guarantee.

Failure to provide your puppy with regular vet checks will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended tests.
All our puppies undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our puppies.
This health report will be filled out on the date the puppy is shipped out so clients are assured that their puppy’s health is guaranteed. Puppy is not shipped if there are any health issues or disorders and the client is given the option of either canceling the order or making another pick.
Clients are required to get their newly received puppies examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven days (7) of receiving the puppy.
