Our Health Guarantee

We are confident in the health and quality of our puppies, but we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure your confidence in adopting from Loyal Forge, we provide the following health guarantee:

1. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

• If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within one year of adoption, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost to you.

• This guarantee requires a certified veterinarian’s report detailing the diagnosis and its impact on the puppy’s quality of life.

2. 14-Day Communicable Disease Guarantee

• If your puppy is diagnosed with a communicable disease within 14 days of adoption, we will refund the full adoption fee, including any transportation costs, upon the puppy’s return.

• A certified veterinarian’s report confirming the diagnosis is required.

3. Veterinary Examination Requirement

• To activate the health guarantee, the Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a thorough examination within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy.

• Failure to do so will void the health guarantee.

Conditions of the Health Guarantee

• The health guarantee applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.

• The guarantee is void if the puppy is not provided with proper care, including nutrition, exercise, and routine veterinary visits.

• The guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, or improper care.

How to Make a Claim

If you need to make a claim under our health guarantee, please contact us immediately. We will require the following documentation:

1. A certified veterinarian’s report detailing the diagnosis or cause of death.

2. Proof of the initial veterinary examination within seven (7) days of adoption.

3. Any additional documentation requested by us to verify the claim.

Once we receive and verify the required documentation, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy or refund as outlined in our guarantee.
